摘要
针对中意合作西藏羊八井ARGO宇宙线实验的特点 ,利用MonteCarlo模拟数据并采用多重分形和离散小波分析方法研究了由γ和强子引起的广延大气簇射 (EAS)中的次级粒子在观测平面处的横向分布的特征 ,获得了对γ和强子簇射敏感的特征量 ,并研究了将这些特征量作为人工神经网络的输入单元进行γ/强子分辨的能力 .
According to the features of Sino Italian collaborated ARGO cosmic ray experiment at Yangbajing, Tibet, the lateral distributions of the secondary particles of extensive air showers(EAS) at the observation level induced by γ and hadron were studied by using Monte Carlo data. The multiple fractal and discrete wavelet analysis methods with mulitiscale analysis were applied in this study. Some parameters which are sensitive to the showers induced by γ/hadron were found. These parameters were then used as the inputs to an artificial neuron network to separate the γ and hadron induced showers, and the discrimination power was given.
