豚鼠支气管哮喘气道重塑动物模型复制的研究 被引量:4

摘要 选择相同或相近的雄性豚鼠30只,随机分为对照组、6周实验组、10周实验组各10只,以腹腔注射10%卵清蛋白和1%卵清蛋白雾化吸入复制哮喘气道重塑动物模型。6周和10周时分别采集相应实验组动物的动脉血液,检测血气指标及钾、钠、钙、镁、磷、氯等。结果表明,6周时模型组钙、磷升高较对照组显著(P<0.05),镁降低较对照组显著(P<0.05);10周时模型组动物出现血氧分压降低趋势。由此可见,支气管哮喘气道重塑动物模型的复制中,离子指标的变化在6周时已明显,而血气指标的变化要在10周后才出现。 30 male guinea pigs,identically or similarly,are classified into three groups randomly: control group (10),6W test group (10) and 10W test group (10).6W and 10W test groups are given 10% ovalbumin (OVA) by i.p.and 1% OVA by inhalation to reconstruct airway remodeling models of asthma.Artery blood of 6W and 10W test groups is taken respectively to test blood-gas volume and K^(+),Na^+,Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+),Po^(3-)_4,Cl^-.Finally,Ca^(2+) of 6W test group is higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Mg^(2+) and Po^(3-)_4 are lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Arterial partial pressure of oxygen of 10W test group shows a decline.For these reasons,during the reconstruction of animal models of airway remodeling of asthma,ion volume changes significantly at 6W,but blood-gas volume changes at 10W.
