摘要
利用干燥剂包埋、液相替代技术及不同化学溶液后处理的方法,研究了牡丹干花制作过程中的护形问题。结果表明:用干燥剂包埋鲜花时干燥速度及干燥剂颗粒的大小是影响护形效果的一个重要因素,食用精盐是比较理想的包埋用干燥剂,不易挥发的有机液剂A是本试验中最理想的液相替代,用"甘油吸入法"处理干花时选取合适的浓度和液温是达到理想软化效果的关键。
By using drier-packing ways and organic liquid substituting technique and methods of organic liquid handling dry flowers,problems on how to keep peony's shape in the process of drying it is studied.As the result showed,drying-rate and drier-size have great effects on keeping flowers' shape in the experiment of packing.Edible salt with high quality is an ideal packing-drier.A is an ideal weak-volatilized organic liquid taking instead of water to fresh flowers.The key to getting ideal softening effects on dry flowers in the experiment of glycerin-absorbed is to set fit allot and temperature of glycerin.
