摘要
【目的】从组织学和形态学的角度综合考察葛根素在体外对骨吸收和骨形成的影响。【方法】16d胎龄雌性小鼠尺骨在含有葛根素的BGJb培养基中旋转培养4 8h后,测量骨总长和骨干长度;HE染色,光镜下计数破骨细胞和肥大软骨细胞。【结果】当葛根素浓度为10 -6~10 -4mol/L时,长骨总长均比对照组显著增加;破骨细胞减少,肥大软骨细胞增加。【结论】葛根素在体外可抑制骨吸收,促进骨形成。
To study the effects of puerarin on the bone resorption and bone formation.Long bones from 16-day-old female mouse fetuses were cultured in BGJb medium for 48h.The bones were harvested, then bones length and length of their diaphyses were measured under stereo microscope. The histomorphometric analyses on midlongitudinal sections of bones were performed. The numbers of osteoclasts and hypertrophic chondrocytes were observed under biological microscope.Compared with control, there were significant increase in bones length and length of their diaphyses after treated with 10 -6 ~10 -4 mol/L puerarin. Under this condition, decreased osteoclasts and increased hypertrophic chondrocytes were observed,too.[Conclusion]Puerarin stimulated bone formation and inhibited bone resorption in vitro.
