摘要
在既有季铵盐结构又有反应性基团的高聚物树脂中引入长碳链侧链端基 ,将长碳链化合物与丙烯类单体共聚 ;研究了不同长度的碳链端基结构对活性染料固色性能的影响。结果表明 :不同长度的碳链结构对聚合物的成膜性、固色性能和手感都有明显改善 ,第三单体的碳链越长 ,所得聚合物固色性能越好 。
Long carbon chain was introduced to high polymer resin, and then copolymerized with propylene monomer. The influence of end group structure with different length of carbon chain to fixing property of reactive dye was discussed. As a result, the long carbon chain structure can improve film-forming property, fixing property and handle obviously. The longer the carbon chain of the third monomer, the better fixing property of polymer and softness of treated fabric will be.
