摘要
【目的】探讨大学生课外活动与其生命质量的相互影响。【方法】采用分层单阶段抽样武汉某大学 4个年级(1998~2000)工、管、医专业全日制学生,无记名填写WHOQOL 100量表与自编量表,采用SPSS 10.0forwindows统计软件对其结果进行统计学处理。【结果】回收合格问卷1171份,其中个人评分差异有 统计意义(P<0.05)的出现在不同的每周活动时间、上网目的和最烦恼的问题的大学生总生命质量及6个 领域;不同双休活动安排者的生理、心理与精神支柱领域;有无上网经历者的生理、独立性、社会、环境领域;而 有无恋爱则无统计意义(P>0.05)。【结论】创造条件,开展积极向上的课外活动,增强集体中温暖、同学间 友谊和消除个人问题的矛盾有利于提高大学生的生命质量。
ObjectiveTo explore the mutual effects between activity outside classroom and life quality in college students.Stratified and single stage sampling was collected from students in four classes (1998~2001 yr) belonging to engineering , management and medical colleges of a university in Wuhan. They were asked to fill in WHO's quality of life form(WHOQOL-100) and the 'self-made form' questionnaire anonymously . All scores were processed statistically with the software 'SPSS10.0 for Windows'.1171 copies of qualified questionnaires were retrieved. The statistical differences (P<0.05) appeared in the OVERALL and six fields of PHYS, PSYCH,IND,SOCIL,TENVIR and DOM6 among various students with weekly athletic hour,those with the aim visiting the network of computer and those with most worrying problems ; appeared in the fields of PHYS, PSYCH and DOM6 among different students of Saturday-to-Monday activity ; and appeared in the fields of PHYS, IND,SOCIL and TENVIR among those students whoever did visit or not visit the network of computer. But statistical significance not existed among students with or without amatory experiences(P>0.05).[Conclusion]Launching active and upward activities outside classroom in university will strengthen the collective warmth and friendship among the students as well as reduce the contradiction of personal problems. All these are beneficial to the elevation of life quality in college students.
