摘要
目的:观察尖锐湿疣疣体细胞和病毒的超微结构,为临床诊断提供确切的形态学依据;评价电子显微镜诊断尖锐湿疣的价值。方法:采用透射电镜观察尖锐湿疣组织超薄切片。结果:疣体上皮棘细胞、基细胞明显增生,可见成群的挖空细胞和肿胀坏死细胞。在少数感染细胞核内可查见呈晶格状排列或散在分布的人乳头瘤病毒颗粒(HPV)。结论:查见病毒颗粒对尖锐湿疣有明确诊断价值,但阳性率较低;上皮细胞增生性改变结合典型的挖空细胞对尖锐湿疣的诊断有重要参考价值。
Objective: Ultrastructure of condyloma acuminlata tissues and human papilloma virus(HPV) was studied, to offer morphologic evidence for clinic diagnosis, and to evaluate the diagnosis value of trasmission electron microscope (TEM) on condyloma acuminlata. Methods: Ultrathinsection of condyloma acuminlata tissues was observed by TEM. Results: Epethelial cells of stratum spinosum and stratum basale were hyperplasia remarkably, more koilocytes and degenerated cells were found. HPV was found in the nucleus of infected cell. Conclusion: It was valuable for condyloma acuminlata diagnosis with finding of HPV in the nucleus of infected cell, but the positive rate was low. It was a possible indication for Condyloma Acuminlata diagnosis to find out hyperplasia of epithelial and koilocytes.
