摘要
"三农"问题,或称"三农"难题,是当前我国亟待解决的重大战略问题。本文简要分析了我国目前"三农"问题的现状,提出了用"六化"———即城镇化、工业化、产业化、专业化、优质化和知识化破解"三农"难题的新思路、新方法和新途径。全文对当前及今后全面解决我国的农业、农村、农民问题具有重要参考价值。
The issues or problems concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers are of strategic significance, which should be dealt with urgently in China. This paper analyzes the present situation of these issues and puts forward new ideas, new methods and new solutions to tackle these problems. This paper provides useful information for the overall solution to the current and future issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers.
