摘要
ABS树脂是目前应用最广的一种热塑性工程塑料,它可以单独使用,也可以制成具有某些特殊性能的合金材料,ABS树脂尤其适用于汽车、电器行业,因此对其阻燃性能要求十分严格。目前,国内外对ABS树脂及其合金的阻燃研究十分活跃,其阻燃体系主要有:(1)含卤阻燃体系;(2)有机含磷、氮、硅阻燃体系;(3)无机阻燃体系,包括红磷阻燃和无机氢氧化物等的阻燃。文中简要介绍了国内外阻燃ABS树脂及其合金的研究方法和进展情况。
ABS resin has excellently mechanical properties, heat resistance, processing property and the like. So that ABS resin is widely used for electric and electronic components, automobile components, and so on. However, the thermoplastic resins are generally flammable and, for their use, it is necessary to make the resins flame-retarded by adding a low-molecule flame-retardant or a flame-retarded polymer to the thermoplastic resins. Several methods were adopted in flame-retarding ABS resin and its alloys, such as: (1) a halogen-type flame-retardant. (2) Organic phosphate, nitrogen-containing or silicon-type fire-proofings. (3) Inorganic fillers added in preparing resin compositions. Recently, a specific aromatic phosphate provided for ABS resin and PC/ABS alloy shows a high flame retardancy, excellent mechanical properties, heat resistance and hydrolysis resistance in good balance.
