摘要
河北省是典型的资源型缺水省份,由于缺水河北已出现了严重的生态环境问题,现通过对未来河北生态环境态势分析,揭示水生态环境可能出现的新情况以及近期应采取的对策措施,希冀能对有关部门决策提供帮助。
Hebei is a typical province lack of water resources. Water shortage has caused serious ecological environment problems in Hebei. By a-nalysis of the future ecological environment in the province, the possible new issues and responds are identified. We hope it can provide technical support to the decision-makers in the relating agencies.
