摘要
工程量清单计价自2003年7月1日起在全国范围内实施,就工程量清单计价的特点以及在实施过程中出现的问题展开探讨,分析问题出现的成因和可行的解决办法.指出最低价中标是工程量清单计价未来的发展趋势,以及我国加入WTO将会给工程量清单计价带来的新的机遇和挑战.
The pricing through bill of quantity has been carried out since July 1st 2003 in our country. The characters of the pricing through bill of quantity and the problems in the implementation are discussed, and the causes and solutions are analyzed. It is pointed out that adopting the bid with minimum price is the development trend in the future. As we have entered WTO, it will bring new opportunities and challenges to the pricing through bill of quantity.
