国际贸易中关于隐形贸易保护主义的认识分析

Analysis on the protectionism of invisible trade in international trade system

20世纪90年代以来,隐形贸易保护主义以越来越多的形式存在于国际贸易中,例如环境保护政策、技术壁垒、反倾销政策等,这些隐形贸易保护措施阻碍了国际间的正常平等贸易交往,但它又具有名义上的合理性和形式上的隐蔽性。隐形贸易保护主义产生的原因复杂,其表现形式多样,我国企业应尽快了解贸易壁垒协议的游戏规则,尽早采取对策,最大限度地减少或消除对外贸易中隐形贸易壁垒所形成的障碍。

Since 1990’s,the invisible trade protectionism ,existing in the forms of environmental protection measures,technique bulwark,anti-dump goods, etc. plays a very disadvantages role in the form of internationd trade system structure and in the establishment of normal international economic order. This paper is jogging to carry out some plain discussions on the rose reasons of existence and main forms of invisible trade protectionism ,the influence on China’s trade and the measures tacked by China to deal with the invisible trade bulwark.
