脑钠肽与心力衰竭 被引量：19

摘要 心力衰竭(CHF)是所有不同种类心脏病的主要并发症.按美国国立心、肺和血液研究所的一个小组描述为:"心功能异常造成心脏不能泵出足够的血液以满足组织代谢需要,或只在通过升高充盈压才能泵出足够的血液时心力衰竭发生[1].Packe提出了另一个定义:"充血性心力衰竭是一个临床综合征,特征是左室功能和神经激素调节异常,伴有活动受限、体液潴留和寿命缩短"[2].
