摘要
本文提出了一种一般性的噪声分析方法——节点谱噪声分析法。这种方法可分析任何各类的噪声源和任何结构的电路,使实际存在的大量噪声源同时参与运算以及噪声相关性得到充分考虑,因而,其噪声分析的精度和效率有显著提高。这种方法的提出是基于对噪声功率谱的描述,并适合于计算机辅助分析。
A new general noise analysis method for electronic circuit of complicated linear networks is presented. The circuits may include arbitrary topology and arry kind of noise sources. The method is based on a description of noise by means of power spectral density and applicable to noise performinee analysis by using CAA. Because all noise sources can be effeeted simultaneously and the noise correlation is fully considered,using this method can lead to remarkable improvement on the accuracy and efficency of noise analysis.
