摘要
目的:通过哮喘动物模型探讨低分子量肝素(LMWH)抗炎和抗哮喘的作用机理。方法:采用生物学方法研究LMWH对卵白蛋白(OA)致敏豚鼠平滑肌的收缩及肺组织液中白三烯(LTs)及NO的影响。结果:LMWH能显著抑制OA所致的离体平滑肌的收缩,并抑制LTs及NO的合成或释放。结论:LMWH通过抑制致敏豚鼠平滑肌收缩和炎性介质的合成或释放而具有抗哮喘作用。
Objective: To study the mechanism of low molecular weight heparin(LMWH) on anti-inflammation and anti-asthma. Methods: The effect of LMWH on smooth muscle,leukotrienes (LTs) and NO from pulmonary tissue of guinea pigs sensitized by ovalbumin(OA)was studied by biological methods. Results: LMWH could significantly not only inhibit the constriction of smooth muscle induced by OA but also suppress the synthesis or release of LTs and NO. Conclusion: LMWH may have the effects of anti-inflammation and anti-asthma.
