摘要
对 5个抗赤霉病亲本与 1个感赤霉病亲本配制的部分双列杂交组合和 4个抗赤霉病亲本与感赤霉病亲本安农 8455配制的家系群体进行了小麦抗赤霉病性一般配合力、特殊配合力及遗传模型分析。结果表明:①抗赤霉病材料S42和H35具有较好的一般配合力,组合S42 /安农 8455和H35 /安农 8455具有较好的特殊配合力;②抗赤霉病材料苏麦 3号、H35、S42和N553的抗赤霉病性遗传均主要受两对主基因 +多基因控制,但相互间还存在差异。
General combining ability(GCA), special combining ability(SCA) and genetic model for resistance to wheat scab were analyzed with the data from the crosses of 5 scab-resistant parents×a scab-susceptible parent by the way of p ×(p-1)/2 genetic design and generations derived from 4 scab-resistant parents and a scab-susceptible parent Annong 8455. The results showed as follows:①scab-resistant materials S42 and H35 had good GCA effects, and two hybrids of S42/Annong 8455 and H35/Annong 8455 had good SCA effects; ②scab-resistance inheritance of the scab-resistant materials of Sumai 3, H35, S42 and N553 were controlled by two major genes plus polygene, but different from one another.
