摘要
研究了钛酸酯偶联剂改性纳米CaCO3在PVC基体中的分散性,添加了改性纳米碳酸钙的PVC复合材料的力学性能。研究表明:改性后纳米CaCO3的表面性质由疏油变为亲油;改性后的纳米CaCO3在PVC基体中均匀分散,并且与PVC基体之间的结合良好。复合材料的力学性能测试表明:冲击强度得到很大的提高,当m(CaCO3)∶m(PVC)=20∶100时,材料的冲击强度为纯PVC的5倍多,而拉伸强度仅减小3%。
Nano-CaCO3 modified with titanate coupling agents was mixed with PVC and the mechanical property of PVC composites was studied. Modified nano-CaCO3 changed from hydrophilic to hydrophobic. Scanning electron microscopy results show that the modified nano-CaCO3 particles can be dispersed in PVC in nano scale and have good adhesion with PVC. The tests of mechanical properties indicate when the mass ratio of modified nano-CaCO3 to PVC is 20:100, the impact of composites increases by 5 times and the tensile strength decreases a little, which is only 3%.
