摘要
木质素是一种高度复杂的、不定形的芳香环聚合物,是木质植物的主要组成成份,是仅次于纤维素的第二再生有机资源。降解木质素的微生物及其产生的酶在制浆工业及转化木质素和木质纤维材料方面都具有工业潜力。
A cultivation method using high-nitrogen culture was developed for the screering ofMn-peroxidase and Iaccase by fungi.Irpex lacteus and Bjerkandera adusta producedMn-peroxidase in a high-nitrogen culture.Coriolus verllereus and Coriolus consicolorproduced Mn-peroxidase and laccase.Analyses of activities and protein concentrationshowed that a much higher level of activity and of protein concentration in a high-nitrogen culture compared to that in Kirk’s low-nitrogen culture.
