支持向量机在隧道围岩变形预测中的应用 被引量:51

摘要 将支持向量机应用于隧道围岩变形的预测中,将围岩变形看作一个非线性变形序列,然后采用时间序列分析技术,用支持向量机建立非线性变形序列之间的映射关系,进而对未来的变形进行预测。结果表明,该方法是科学可行的,并且具有简单、方便、实时等特点。 The support vector machine is applied to predict the surrounding deformations of tunnel. Support vector machine is a new method of machine learning which is applicable to solve the nonlinear problem with small samples and high dimension. It is difficult to predict the surrounding deformations using the general method. The deformations of surrounding rock mass are taken as a nonlinear deformation time series, then the deformations are preformed by using technique of time series analysis based on support vector machine. The nonlinear relationship among deformation time series is established, and the future deformation is predicted. The results show that this method is feasible and convenient.
