摘要
目的:对大学生心理健康状况进行前瞻性研究,评价综合心理干预模式的效果。方法:整群抽取三所大学2001级入学新生1231人,随机分为实验组和对照组,选用生活质量量表、自尊量表、个人评价问卷和应付方式问卷作为测评工具。在新生入学一年前后进行心理测试,对实验组进行一年的心理干预。结果:随年级的升高,大学生的生活质量在生理、社会关系等四领域显著降低、自信分值明显降低;心理干预后,实验组学生的自信和自尊水平都有积极的改变。结论:采用的综合心理干预模式对提高大学生的自尊水平、增强自信水平具有显著效果。
Objective: To investigate the state of college students mental health longitudinally and evaluate the effect of integrated psychological intervention model. Methods: 1231 undergraduates freshmen were chosen from three universities by whole group, and divided into test group and control group randomly. WHOQOL-100, SES, PEI and WCQ were administered to them, before entering school and one year after. Bychological intervention was given to the test group for one year. Results: The scores of four domains of QOL after one year were lower than before entering school(P <0.01); The scores of PEI of the control group dropped clearly(P <0.01); The test group scores of PEI and SES changed positively. Conclusion: Systematic psychological intervention was very effective to increase the level of self-confidence and self-esteem, of college students.
