Policies and Measures to Prevent and Control "Three - dimensional Pollution" in Chinese Agriculture

从水体、土壤、生物到大气的“农业立体污染”是我们面临的一个重要的环境问题。本文分析了我国“农业立体污染”的现状和防治工作中存在的问题 ,从经济、社会、法律和技术的角度 ,提出了我国“农业立体污染”防治工作中的政策与措施建议。

The 'three- dimensional pollution' (3DP) in agriculture refers to pollution of water, soil, organisms and atmosphere, which is a pressing environmental challenge China faces. The article analyzes the situation of the 3DP in China and the existing problems in prevention and control of the 3DP in agriculture. From the perspectives of economics, sociology, legislation and technology, the authors suggest the policies and mea-sures to be adopted to prevent and control the 3DP in agriculture
