摘要
中国学位与研究生教育评估的产生与发展大致可划分为探索和发展两个阶段。发展过程中有突出评估工作对于提高质量的导向作用,评估工作趋于多样化,更加注重科学性,自我评估意识增强等特点;但也存在评估法规化、制度化建设亟待加强,学位授予单位尚未建立有效的自我评估制度,评估方法和手段有待改进等问题。未来将逐步形成具有中国特色的学位与研究生教育评估体系,评估工作逐步走向制度化、规范化,评估内容以学科评估为主,基于计算机网络的评估将成为主要的评估方式。
The development of academic degrees and postgraduate education evaluation can be divided into two stages. The development process is characterized with highlighting the orientation role of evaluation in improving the quality, multiplicity of evaluation, more emphasis on scientific foundation of the evaluation, and greater consciousness of self-evaluation; meanwhile problems exist in regards of the establishment of regulations and systems of evaluation, the set-up of effective self-evaluation system for degree-granting universities, improvement of evaluation means and methods, etc. In the future, an evaluation of academic degrees and postgraduate education with Chinese characteristics will gradually take shape, the evaluation target will be mainly the subjects and disciplines and the evaluation method will be mainly computer and internet based.
