摘要
研究结果表明,杂色鲍血清中自然存在凝集素,该凝集素能够识别和凝集多种不同的细菌和人及动物的红细胞,其中对人体O型和B型血细胞的凝集效价显著高于A型和AB型血细胞(P<0.05);Ca2+能促进其凝集活性,而Mg2+则抑制其凝集活性;凝集作用不同程度地受反应介质的pH、离子强度及反应时间等因素的影响;该凝集素不被透析,在95℃、pH2.0~10.0时仍保持凝集活性,抗RNase、DNase、SDS和乙醚,对蛋白酶K、糖氧化剂NaIO4敏感;凝集素活性能被D-树胶醛糖、L-鼠李糖特异性抑制,D-果糖、D-木糖对其也有显著的抑制作用.
A natural lectin detected from the serum of Haliotis diversicolor supertexta had agglutinating activity for various bacteria and erythrocytes of animal and human.Compared with type A and type AB human erythrocytes,type O and type B human erythrocytes had a significant increase in agglutination titer. The lectin could be ativated by the concentration of ion,reactin time and pH value of the buffer.The lectin could not be dialyzed.The agglutinating activity kept stability under the conditions of 95 ℃,pH 2~10.The lectin was sensitive to sugar oxidant NaIO_4 and protease K,but not sensitive to RNase,DNase,SDS and lipid solvent aether.L-Rhamnose,D-Fructose,and D-Xylose had a significant inhibition on the agglutinating activity,especially the former two.
