摘要
对随机整群抽样的358名大学生施测SCL-90身心症状自评量表和自编的体育锻炼状况问卷,对施测结果进行相关分析和多元回归分析。结果表明:体育锻炼能比较好地解释说明心理健康的响应变化,对大学生心理健康的贡献率达到52 5%;从事体育锻炼的态度、次锻炼时间和锻炼的坚持程度等3个维度则起主要影响作用,是大学生心理健康重要的贡献因素。
In this study, the relationship of mental health and physical training, as well as mental health and physical training's dimension are examined. The scl-90 scale and the physical training questionnaire have been administered to a random sample of 358 college student subjects. The correlation analysis and varied regression analysis method are used to examine the relationship of the scale and questionnaire. The results of this study points out which physical training can better explain the change of mental health, 52.5% of contribution is for it; and which dimension of attitude, time of times and stick ability are an important influence factors to physical training, are significant contribution factors to mental health.
