摘要
基于对疲劳裂纹扩展机理的分析,提出了用灰色系统预测模型来预测疲劳裂纹的三维动态扩展。用灰色GM(1,N)模型对疲劳裂纹扩展数据进行了拟合和预测,并利用残差GM(1,N)模型对其进行了修正,同时对GM(1,N)模型的使用缺陷提出了改进。结果表明灰色系统预测模型具有较高的拟合度和较高的精度。
Base on the mechanism analysis of fatigue crack growth,the grey system prediction model is presented to predict the three-dimension dynamic growth of the fatigue crack. The grey GM(1,N) model is applied to match and predict the growth data of fatigue crack,and the residual difference GM(1,N) model is established to improve the grey GM(1,N) model,the correct measure for the limitation of the residual difference GM(1,N) model is also presented. The result shows that the grey system prediction model matches well and the prediction precision is high.
