TR型油田污水去活催化剂的研制

摘要 采用浸渍法制备了以过渡金属 稀土为主要成分的TR型油田污水去活催化剂,并通过EDS、XRD和SEM对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,催化剂催化性能与其表面形态有关。当过渡金属与稀土金属的原子比为2∶1时,催化性能最好。该催化剂用于多相催化氧化处理模拟油田污水时催化性能高效稳定,与未处理的模拟污水相比,采用TR型油田污水去活催化剂,经多相催化氧化处理后的模拟污水配制的聚合物溶液粘度提高548%。 TR catalyst for treatment of oil field wastewater, mainly composed of transition metal and rare earth, was prepared by impregnation and characterized by XRD, EDS and SEM. The results showed that activity of the catalyst was related to its surface structure. Optimum activity was attained when the molar ratio between transition metal and rare earth was 2∶1. The catalyst was highly efficient and stable for treatment of simulated oil field wastewater by multi-phase catalytic oxidation. Viscosity of the polymer solution prepared from treated wastewater was 5.48 times higher than that prepared from untreated wastewater.
