随着中国入世后 ,跨国公司在华R&D投资将进一步加大。本文通过建立一个双头垄断模型 ,得出R&D与竞争对手、研发人员的工资、知识产权、科技转化水平、研发投资环境等有关 ,对跨国公司在华R&D行为的影响因素进行了分析 。

Since China entried into WTO, R&D of multinational corporation has been increased. It can enhance the level of China's technology effectively. The article builds a model of mutual monopolization to illustrate the relation of R&D, wages of investor, the right of information, the efficiency of technological transformation and the environment of investment, and also analyzes on influencing factor of MNC's R&D in China. It puts forward proposals for MNC to reinforce R&D in China.
