摘要 本仪器是在钻井现场使用的FANN氏流变仪的基础上设计的一种新型通用流变仪。该仪器主要由四部分组成:机械转动系统、步进电机细分电路驱动系统、力矩测量系统及计算机控制系统。该仪器剪切速率可以在1.703到1022S(-1)之间连续变化,剪切应力测量精度为FANN—35A的1.4倍,因而可广泛用于牛顿、非牛顿流体的粘度、粘弹性、触变性等特性的测量。该仪器充分利用了计算机的优势,全机实现了智能化控制。全部测量过程实现了自动控制,具有两速、六速、连续、定速、切力等程控测定功能,并可以做到测定平衡时间可调,测定方式升速、降速自由选择,计算机直接处理全部测定数据,并根据用户要求显示或打印数据处理结果。 A new type of drilling fluid rheometer is developed on the basis of FANN—35A rheometer used in the oil-fields. The instrument consists of four main systems: the mechanical rotating system, the stepping motor driving system, the torque measuring system and the computer control system. The micro—stepping motor can vary the strain rate from 1. 703 to 1022 S^(-1)continuously. The accuracy of torque measuring system is 1.4 times the Faan35—A rheometer's. The rheometer can be used to measure the viscosity, viscoelasticity, thixotropy and other rheological properties of Newtonian and non—Newtonian fluids. Being controlled by the computer, the rheometer is an intelligent instrument, It can work as two—speed, six—speed, continuously—varying—speed, fixed—speed viscometer and gel strength measurment viseometer by pressing different function keys. It has the following features: the time of measurement can be adjusted, the measuring way can be selected in increasing or decreasing speed; the results measured are directly calculated by the computer and displayed on LED according to the user's needs.
