摘要
给克山病病区14岁~16岁居民每日口服200μg亚硒酸钠硒或硒酵母硒12周后,测定血浆和红细胞硒含量以及红细胞C_(3b)受体花环率和免疫复合物花环率,以探讨补硒对病区居民红细胞免疫功能的影响。结果说明,补硒可使低硒人体血硒和红细胞免疫粘附功能增高;病区居民红细胞免疫功能低下与低硒有关;硒酵母硒提高血硒和红细胞免疫功能的作用比亚硒酸钠硒明显。
To investigate the effects of selenium (Se)supplements on the erythrocyte immunity of resi-dents in a Keshan disease area, residents aged 14~16 years were given orally 200 μg Se daily assodium selenite or Se-yeast for 12 weeks, andtheir plasma and erythrocyte Se contents and therosette formation rates of erythrocyte C_(3b) R andimmune complex were determined. The resultsshow that blood Se levels and the immunologic ad-herent function of residents with low-Se status areincreased after Se supplements, demonstratingthat the decreased erythrocyte immunologic func-tion is related to the low-Se status of the residentsin the affected area. When supplemented Se-yeast, the effect of Se is greater than selenite inenhancing blood Se levels and erythrocyte immuni-ty.
