白皮松蛋白细胞中的ATP酶和酸性磷酸酯酶活性定位及其与季节变化的关系 被引量:3

摘要 本文报道白皮松茎次生韧皮部蛋白细胞中ATP酶和酸性磷酸酯酶的定位结果及其季节性变化。无论蛋白细胞发生在直立射线薄壁细胞中,还是横卧射线薄壁细胞或径向片薄壁细胞中,它们的ATP酶和酸性磷酸酯酶活性都显著地高于普通射线薄壁细胞。而且,与成熟筛胞联系的成熟蛋白细胞具有最为显著的ATP酶和酸性磷酸酯酶活性。蛋白细胞一旦解体,酶活性便急剧下降或消失。酶活性的表达贯穿春、夏、秋三季,以夏季最为显著。但是,两种酶在表达的时间和空间上有一定差异。作者认为,白皮松蛋白细胞中显著的ATP酶活性和酸性磷酸酯酶活性可能对韧皮部中碳水化合物的转运具有重要意义。 The Iocalizations and seasonal changes of ATPase and acid phosphatase activities in the albuminous cells of the secondary phloem of Pinus bungeana have been thoroughly studied at the light microscope level. When the activity of ATPase was tested at pH7.2 using sodium adenosine triphosphate as substrate, the increased activity was found in albuminous cells, whether among erect ray parenchyma cells or among procumbent ray parenchyma cells and radial plate parenchyma cells. However, the most remarkably elevated ATPase activity showed in the mature albuminous cells contiguous with the fully differentiated sieve cells. When they became degenerate, the increased activity could be no longer detected. Using β-glycerophosphate as substrate in the modified Gomori medium at pH 5.0, the localization of acidphosphatase activity was the same as of ATPase. On the other hand, these enzyme-activities were restricted to those periods during which loading or unloading of the sieve cells was taking place, and the highest activity was detectable in albuminous cells in summer. Though the activities of ATPase and acid phosphatase were localized in the same cells, there were some differences between them in their expressions in time and space. The role of these phosphatases on the active transport of phloem solutes was discussed.
