盘铣刀铣削螺杆数控编程中干涉检验方法的研究

摘要 在使用盘铣刀铣削螺杆时(采用无瞬心包络方法),由于盘铣刀空间结构的特殊性以及螺杆空间曲面的复杂性,加工时容易发生盘铣刀的侧刃,将已经加工好的螺杆曲面再切削而发生干涉现象.为了避免实际加工中干涉带来的不必要经济损失,在使用盘铣刀的数控加工自动编程系统开发研究中,干涉的判定是非常重要的工作,它可以在工件加工前利用计算机先检验工件加工过程中是否会发生干涉现象而取消试切.在大量实践的基础上,提出了使用盘铣刀铣削螺杆数控加工的几种有效的干涉判定方法,这些方法既可以定性地判定是否发生了干涉,也可以判定具体在哪个位置发生了干涉,定量地计算出干涉量的大小,经实际验证这些方法是非常有效的. When milling screw with disc milling tool (using non-instaneous enveloping method),because of particularity of space structure for disc milling tool and complexity of space curve surface for screw,the (machined) curve surface can be easily re-cut by the side blade of disc milling tool,namely the interference phenomenon occurs.In order to avoid economy lost caused by interference in the practical manufacturing (process),interference examination become very important in the development and research of NC (auto-programming) system for the disc milling tool.Whether the interference occurs can be examine with (computer) before the workpiece is manufactured,and therefore,the test cut can be canceled.On the basis of plentiful practice,several effective methods of interference examination are put forth in the process of milling screw rod with disc milling tool.With these methods,we can qualitatively analyze if the (interference) occurs,(calculate) the interference value,and find the interference location concretely.These methods are proved to be high effective in practice.
