A STUDY ON STORAGE METHODS FOR PRUNUS PSEUDOCERASUS FRUIT

摘要 对樱桃(Prunus pseudocerasus)果实贮藏处理表明,简易自发气调(MA)冷藏35天,好果率为74.27%~94.61%,且无霉烂、褐变、软化和保持果实新鲜度。其最佳贮藏期为28天.其中,SP 膜剂+薄膜包装处理效果最佳。此外,还对樱桃贮藏期间营养成分的变化和 POD、CAT、电导率等生理指标作了相关性测定. Eight treatments were applied to cherry (Prunus pseudocerasus)fruit stored under 85± 5% (RH)and 1±1℃ during the first 25 days and 3.5+1℃ from 25th day to 42nd day. With MA,fine fruit rate remained as high as 74.27%—95.41% without mildewing, browning and softening and the fruit stayed fresh after 35 days of storage.Thc optimum storage duration was 28 days.The treatment of SP coating combined with PE gave the best results.The changes in nutritional constituents of the fruit during storagc were monitored,POD,CAT and conductivity were determined and correlation analyses were made.
