脉压技术使视频回波变窄,对雷达图像压缩编码提出了更高的要求.在对雷达图像特点进行较深入的分析后,提出了一种新的雷达视频信号压缩编码算法,完成了电路设计及仿真,并分析了该方法的优点及压缩性能.

Pulse compression technique may result in the echo of video signal being narrowed down, which exerts much more strict requirements on the radar video signal compression coding. This paper proposes a novel compression coding algorithm, accomplishes its circuit design and simulation, and describes its advantages and compression properties, by analysing the charact eristics of radar video signal.
