摘要
研究了微量稀土氧化物(CeO_2,La_2O_3,Y_2O_3)对WC-Co系硬质合金性能的影响。采用转靶X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析了稀土硬质合金的相结构,用扫描电镜(SEM)及透射电镜(TEM)作了合金的显微组织分析,并对稀土在合金中的分布状态、对合金性能的影响及其作用机理进行了探讨。结果表明,稀土在合金中分布于Co相中及WC晶粒的晶界处,增加Co对WC晶粒的润湿性;抑制WC晶粒的不均匀长大,细化晶粒;抑制合金中η相的生成;提高合金的抗弯强度和耐磨性;耐蚀性也提高。
We have studied the effects of adding slight rare earth oxides(CeO_2, La_2O_3, Y_2O_3) on the properties of cemented carbide, and analyzed the phase structure of rare earth cemented carbide by using rotating targe X-Ray diffractometer(XRD), and micro- organization of alloy by using SEM and TEM, and detected the distributions of rare earth elements in. cemented carbide and the effects on properties of alloy and its acting mechanism. The results indicate that rare earth elements distribute in the Co phase and WC grain boundary, increase the wetting power of Co to WC grains, refine the grains, control the uneven grain growth and the forming of η phase in cemented carbides, raise the bending strength and wear-resistance, and increase the corrosion -resistance of cemented carbide.
