银杏叶黄酮对高血脂大鼠血脂水平的影响 被引量:45

摘要 目的 :观察银杏叶黄酮的降血脂作用。方法 :用高血脂饲料喂养SD大鼠 ,制备高血脂症大鼠模型 ,银杏叶黄酮两个剂量组每日灌胃给药。以丹香降脂颗粒为阳性对照组 ,高血脂模型组给予等容量NS。于给药第 14天和第 2 8天分别取血测定血清总胆固醇 (TC)和甘油三脂 (TG)指标。结果 :银杏叶黄酮组TC、TG水平明显降低 (P <0 0 1)。结论 Objective:To observe the effects of Ginkgoliloba leave flavonoids(GBLF)on decreasing of blood lipid level.Methods:To make use of high blood lipid rats model.The high blood lipid rats randomized classify as four groups:high blood lipid model group (NS),dan xiang jiang Zhi ke li group(1000 mg·kg· -1 ig -1 ),GBLF low dose group (20 mg·kg· -1 ig -1 ),GBLF high dose group (40 mg·kg· -1 ig -1 ).After administration d14 and d18,the blood chlesterol (TC) and Triglyceide (TG) were assayed. Results : GBLF could reduce TC and TG ,apparent difference was found be tween the GBLF group and the model group (P<001).Conclusion:GBLF may reduce apparently the blood lipid level in rats.
