摘要
医院文化作为医院一种经营管理理念、行为准则、经营理论和宗旨 ,是医院发展中不可或缺的重要组成部分 ,在潜移默化中发挥着无形的力量 ,随时随地影响着医院每个成员的有形活动。全文阐述了医院文化的内涵和作用 ,并从医院文化的精神文化、管理文化、科技文化、服务文化、环境文化五方面探讨了医院文化培育的办法。如何建设属于自己的医院文化 ,增强医院核心竞争力 ,是每一位医院工作者必须去考虑和重视的问题。
The institutional culture of hospitals is an indispensable part in the development of hospitals, as a type of management ideology and principle, code of conduct. It exerts great influence on the behavior of every practitioner. The present paper expounds the contents and functions of the institutional culture of hospital, discusses the means for fostering it from the perspectives of spirit, management, science and technology, service, and environment, and argues that it is necessary to attache the importance to the development of it by every practitioner.
