摘要
目的 观察大鼠脑胶质瘤C6细胞缝隙连接细胞间通讯(GJIC)功能,并研究全反式维甲酸(ATRA)对C6 细胞GJIC功能的影响。方法 (1)全反式维甲酸(ATRA)上调C6胶质瘤细胞GJIC功能;(2)划痕荷载染料传输 实验(SLDT)检测C6细胞ATRA处理前、后的细胞GJIC功能强弱;(3)光学显微镜观察ATRA处理前、后的细胞 形态学变化。结果 (1)C6细胞GJIC功能低下;(2)ATRA上调C6胶质瘤细胞GJIC功能;(3)上调C6胶质瘤细 胞GJIC功能后细胞增殖受到抑制。结论 (1)ATRA是C6细胞GJIC功能上调剂之一;(2)GJIC功能强弱可影响 肿瘤细胞增殖。
Objective To study the gap junctional intercellular communication(GJIC) of the C6 cells and evalute the effect of all-trans retinoic acid(ATRA) on the GJIC of the cells.Methods (1)ATRA was used to upregulate the GJIC of the C6 cells;(2)The GJIC of C6 cells was evaluated with SLDT(scrape loading dye transfer);(3)Microscope was used to study the morphological changes of C6 cells before and after treated by ATRA.Results (1)The GJIC of the C6 cells was poor;(2)ATRA upregulated the GJIC of the C6 cells;(3)Growth retardation was observed after the GJIC of C6 cells had been upregulated by ATRA.Conclusion (1)ATRA is one of the upregulators of the GJIC of C6 cells;(2)GJIC has influence upon tumor growth.
