摘要
随着全球经济一体化的发展,服务尤其是物流服务将成为营销战略的一个重要组成部分,构建物流服务的绩效指标体系,提高物流服务的绩效水平,对于提高顾客满意度和营销活动的有效性尤为必要。基于这种考虑,文章根据物流服务体系的基本框架,深入探讨了物流服务的绩效评价体系。
Under the trend of economic globalization, service, especial logistics service,will be an important component of marketing strategy,through which customer satisfaction will be advanced. So it becomes very crucial and necessary to identify logistics service performance indicators, advance logistics service performance level,to advance the effectiveness of marketing. Thinking from this vision, this paper identifies the logistics performance indicators according to logistics service system framework.
