An Analysis into BOT Mode of International Cooperation in Construction Projects

ＢＯＴ方式是二十世纪八十年代初兴起的一种适用于基础设施建设的新型国际经济合作形式。本文分析了我国在运用 ＢＯＴ投融资方式中具有的优越性和有利条件，认为 ＢＯＴ投融资方式必将为我国的对外经济技术合作带来一个新的局面。

BOT mode is a new type of international economic cooperation occuring in the' 80s and applicable to infrastructure construction. This paper analyses the advantages and favorable conditions of BOT investment and fund-raising in China. It concludes that the BOT mode of investment and fund - raising will bring about a new situation of China's economic and technological cooperation with foreign countries.
