摘要
本文从美国社会学家H.门泽尔的非正式科学交流理论及竞争情报概念入手,认为企业 市场(客户)部员工与客户(顾客)的交流、企业内部跨等级结构、跨部门的交流、企业电子公告牌、讨 论区、电子邮件等的交流,相对企业竞争情报部门的正式竞争情报交流而言,属于非正式竞争情报 交流过程,并分析了这些非正式交流过程普遍存在的具体原因,最后就如何将业已存在的非正式交 流过程进行合理规范、引导和利用,笔者从培训与激励、企业组织结构变革和现代信息技术的利用 三个方面提出了自己的看法。
The paper begins from the theory of informal communication founded by H.Menzel,American sociologist,and the concept of competitive intelligence,considers that the communication between the employee and the client,the communication overlap the rank and branch and the communication by BBS、Discussion group and Mailinglist all belong to informal communication.,and analyses the causes,then put forward the measures how to advance the enterprise competitive intelligence through training and inspiriting,enterprise organization reforming and the utilizing of IT.
