摘要 经过近90年的不断发展和改进,美国医疗机构的质量管理和评审已经形成了一套结构完整、运行有序且独具特色的体系,有许多值得我们借鉴的地方。文章从美国医院独立的质量管理部门、专门的质量管理人员、完整的质量改进委员会体系等8个方面对美国医院质量管理情况加以介绍,并就可供借鉴的方面进行了探讨。 Through nearly 90 years' continuous development and improvement, quality management and accreditation in the American healthcare field has already become an integrated, well-functioned and unique system from which we can learn a lot. This article not only briefly introduces this system in eight aspects, including independent quality management departments, specialized professionals in healthcare quality management, and integrated committee systems of quality improvement, but also explores some good points which we can buy in.
