摘要
综述了微胶囊制备技术的主要方法及其在生物医学领域和食品工业领域中的应用情况,并对今后微胶囊技术的发展作了展望。
The main methods of microencapsulation were reviewed. Applications of microcapsule in bio-medicine and food industry were also discussed. It also predictes the prospect of microencapsulation technology.
