摘要
从1978年至1989年6月,采用自行设计的“双臂螺旋撑开式多功能外固定架”行胫骨干延长,治疗小儿麻痹性下肢短缩76例,分别延长2.5—6.1cm,延长率13～29.1％,随访56例(占73.7％),平均3.8个月拔除钢针行路,未发生严重并发症,效果满意。
From 1978 to June 1989, 76 cases of children suffered from shortening of lower extremity due to poliomyelitis sequelae were treated in our unit, using a polyfunctional external fixator with two-arm counter spiral distraction rod designed by ourselves. The amount of leg lengthening was between 2. 5 ～6.1cm and the lengthening ratios were 13 ～29.1%, 56 cases (73. 7%) have been followed up. Bone union occurred at 3.8 month in average. All patients have got satisfactory results without any severe complications.
