摘要
我科收治儿麻患者以来,后倾角截骨术是开展较早。收效较明显的一种术式,也是目前国内公认的治疗儿麻后遗症有效方法之一。但这种术式含经验的成份较多,一般医生难以掌握其中的诀窍,为了探讨该术式成功的原因,我们用生物力学原理经过反复计算、试验。将该术式从经验上升到理论,用严密的数学公式表达出来,便于广大医生掌握。
Retroversion osteotomy is not a new operation for sequelae of polimyelitis, which has been used widely and got a signif- icant effect.But many surgeons used it ac- cording to their experence in the past years, It is difficult to know the technique well for some young surgeons.In order to research the key to the operation.We used the prin- eiple of biomechanies to analyse it and found the principle of sueeess through repeated calculation.Now we put the eperation up to the level of theory from the old experience and express it in mathematical formula.So that we establish a theory foundation of this operation and make the operation a wider future.
