Taking the “promoting the joint stock system and developing the mixed ownership economy” as a subject, this paper elaborates the studying experience of “The Decision for Several Problems about Perfecting Socialist Market Economy” from following aspects: the important thesis of “making the joint stock system as a major realizing form in public system”; the incisive discussion about joint stock system made by Marx and Engles; the break through for the understanding of ownership theory; and promoting the joint stock system and developing the mixed ownership economy
