诗人对三峡故土落后的现实和父老乡亲艰辛的生存环境倾注诚挚的关注，对负重拼搏、坚韧不拔、生生不息的三峡人生存意志的歌颂以及对三峡人品格中某些无价值的东西的否定，是《风原色》诗集中最出色的篇章之一．

The poet pours his sympathy and concern into his description about the hard-living conditions of his native people and shows his great attention to the backwardness in the Three Gorges areas. With high appreciation for the people's characteristics of persistence and dauntlessness as well as a negation of their worthless qualities, the poet makes his present poems become the best of his anthology-'Wind's Original Color'.
