摘要
本文结合基础教育小学英语教育的改革，结合小学英语教师的培训，从教师专业发展的需要，从教育教学发展的需要，试论小学英语教师在知识、能力、技术、心理教育、管理、现代教育学等方面做出建构，以此促进教师专业的发展。
Based on elementary education reform,relating to elementary teacher's training,this article discusses the construction of the knowledge,ability,techniques,psychological education,management and modern education of elementary English teachers to promote the teacher's professional development to meet the need of education development.
