摘要
本添加剂由黄芪、当归、川芎、王不留行等中草药组成。为观察其增乳作用,探讨其作用机理,我们对15只泌乳50天左右的奶山羊(试验组8只,对照组7只)进行了试验。将添加剂拌入精料,阶段性饲喂。在添加前后,分别测定了乳脂、乳糖、乳蛋白及乳中环核苷酸(cGMP和cAMP)的含量;进行了外周血液E玫瑰花环试验,包括总E(E_t)花环和活性E(E_a)花环试验;检查了隐性乳房炎发病情况;记录了产乳量。结果发现,本添加剂增乳效果明显,添加期间每只羊每天平均增乳0.38kg,乳成分无明显变化。试验组乳中cAMP和cGMP含量明显高于对照组,并与产乳量显著相关。添加后试验组E_a和E_t花环形成率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),而隐性乳房炎阳性乳区明显下降。因此认为,本添加剂可能通过影响机体cAMP和cGMP水平,增强其调节能力,不仅使乳腺代谢活动加强,乳量上升,而且使机体细胞免疫水平提高,抗病能力增强,从而保证机体泌乳性能的进一步发挥。
Fifteen healthy milking goats (at the 50-80 days of lactating) were divided into two groups of 8 (treatment) and 7 (control). The ability of traditional Chinese medicine additive consisted of the Vadix astragali, Radix angelicae sinensis, Ligusticum wallichii Franch, Vaccaria pyramidata Midic, etc. in increasing milk was examined, and its active mechanism was studied. The additive was mixed with basal diet and animals were feeded stagely. Before and after the supplementation of the additive, the concentration of lactose, fat and protein in milk were determined using infrared spectroscopic assay, and concentration of cAMP and cGMP-by radio-immunoassay. The Et and Ea rosette tests were carried out with peripheral blood. The development of recessive mastitis in goats were examined and their milk yield was accurately recorded. The results showed that the milk yield increasing rate in the treatmant group was gone up, during the supplement period, to 10.38% which was significantly higher than that in control (P<0.01), and on average each goat produced 0.38 kg/day more than controls; milk composition was not significantly (P>0.05) affected by the supplementation; the milk cAMP and cGMP increments were correlated with their milk increments (P<0.01). The Et and Ea rosette rates in the treatment group were significantly higher than these in control (P<0.01). The positive area of recessive mastitis in the treatment group was decreased markedly. Thus it is possiblely concluded that the feed additive enhanced goat milk yield and elevated cytoimmunity level and disease-resistance through affecting body cAMP and cGMP levels.
