摘要 脂代谢信号转导涉及的重要途径包括:过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(PPARs)途径、肝X受体(LXR)途径和固醇调节元件结合蛋白(SREBs)途径。现综述这三条信号转导途径中的相关转录调控因子、调控过程以及调控的靶基因。脂代谢信号转导途径的阐明将对心脏疾病、肿瘤、肥胖、糖尿病等许多重大疾病的防治产生深远的影响。 Peroxisome proliferatoractivated receptors(PPARs)pathway, Liver X receptors(LXR)pathway and Sterol regulatory element binding proteins (SREBPs) pathway are involved in lipid metabolism. This paper summarizes the related transcription factors, regulatory processes and target genes. Elucidating the signal transduction pathway of lipid metabolism is of benefit to prevent and treat some serious diseases, such as heart diseases, tumors, obesity and diabetes mellitus.
