穿琥宁与维生素B_6不恰当配伍状态分析

An analysis of inappropriate compatibility of potassium dehydrograpolide succinate and vitamin B_6

目的:探讨穿琥宁与维生素B6不恰当配伍情况.方法:用10%葡萄糖分别稀释穿琥宁、维生素B6、阿奇霉素至不同稀释浓度,将稀释后溶液两两混合,用肉眼观察各管结果.结果:0.05%～5%稀释的阿奇霉素与0.05%～5%不同稀释的注射用穿琥宁溶液、1:5～1:80不同稀释的维生素B6溶液混合管未产生浑浊.而0.05%～5%稀释的注射用穿琥宁与1:5～1:80不同稀释的维生素B6溶液混合管均产生乳白色浑浊.结论:穿琥宁与维生素B6存在配伍禁忌.

Objective: To report the situation of inappropriate compatibility of potassium dehydrograpolide succinate and vitamin B_6. Methods: Dilution potassium dehydrograpolide succinate, Vitamin B_6 and azithromycin aspartate were diluted with 10% GS separately and then the abovementioned solutions were mixed in pairs, and the results were observed. Results: Turbidity was seen in the mixtures of azithromycin aspartate between 0.05% ~ 5% densities and Vitamin B_6 from 1∶5 to 1∶80 densities; other mixtures are limpid. Conclusions: Potassium dehydrograpolide succinate and vitamin B_6 are of incompatibility.
